Shipping & Delivery: Fast, Reliable, No Drama
Did you leave it until the last minute? No judgment here. We know that in the real world, signs are often the last thing on the list. That’s why we’ve set our systems to "Maximum Speed" & our policy is to ship orders FAST.

The "Need It Now" Cut off - the magic number is 4:45 PM. If you order standard and custom items* before this time, we dispatch them the same day**.
We use DPD for all deliveries, because we've tried all the others and they're the most reliable by some margin.
What we charge for packing & delivery:

| Less than £50 | £6.95 +VAT |
| More than £50 | £0 (nada, zilch) |
*Orders for some very large items or very high volume (1000s) might take an extra day to ship and will occasionally require a 2 day pallet delivery. If this is case we'll contact you to discuss and agree a plan which works for you.
**Orders placed on non-working days (Sat/Sun & Bank Holidays) will be dispatched on the next working day.
